Since I have moved in a lot of upgrades have happened. Recently newly painted apartments. Outside is clean and looking beautiful. For these being my first apartments I am very happy with them. Elizabeth the manager is great at always helping tenants when needed. Don the maintenance man is doing a excellent job.

This review is purely about Donnie. I have lived in a lot of apartments and I’ve never had a maintenance man as attentive as Donnie has been we have been here since July and though the complex itself has issues he has always come straight over when anything has gone wrong and he always answers the phone. He’s the only one I ever see working and he goes above and beyond for the residents of Oxford Pointe and my fiancé and I are very appreciative of what he does for us and the complex. He makes sure we’re all taken care of maintenance wise and safety wise!!

I really love the feel I get from the people here because here I dont feel like a customer or a person who just pays rent. Liz in the office is very sweet and actually cares about the people here. She's not uptight or only concerned amount money and I feel as though most people nowadays only see people as dollar signs. Any issues or concerns I have I know I can always bring them up with her, because not does she listen she cares. Also another person I love here is Donnie, hes always moving and having these apartments looking as beautiful and update as possible. Anytime you need something done hes on it, and again I love how it's not just fix something and leave. He always asks us how were doing keeping up with how we are and him and my man always end up having guy conversation, I love it! Also Not being from here we never expected them to be so caring. Love it here

So when is the last time you've actually got help from a person? For some reason I only run into people who can't even pretend to do their job, except for recently where I live and with the 3rd management staff I've been here for already let's just say for the first time things are getting cleaned up and fixed properly no doubt thanks to the maintenance supervisor, Donnie who keeps working none stop and still finds time to be polite, to the manager, Mark who has dealt with EVERYTHING I've needed and puts in time to clean up around here himself, I've never seen a manager clean anything. Seriously awesome, thanks guys, the world needs more of these 2! keep up the good work!👍

Since new maintenance Donnie came in things actually get fixed the correct way, in a timely manner, the sidewalk are actually cleared of snow, even on the weekends. He is highly professional and Courteous of the people that live here. Management is also way better than previous management, and actually holds the residences who just throw trash around responsible and get it cleaned up quickly, as well as super understanding. P.S if youre a resident here stop throwing trash around where you LIVE. Its fine if you want to live in a mess but others dont, the office staff arnt your parents and shouldnt have to clean up your trash. The dumpsters are not that far of a walk. 🙄

Manager Mark It's one of the most busy managers I know He goes above and beyond for his attendant there, and even though he has so much going on he amazes me how he is towards everything it's just amazing! Came for an appointment scheduled tour and office manager was nowhere to be found (Tierra) which I only got to speak to one time and my application was delayed a whole week . A super helpful and world class man by the name of Michael introduced himself as the onsite maintenance man and excused his office manager for not being there to show me around but he'd be more than happy to help me and show me around which he did and was very thorough and honest about what needs to be fixed before move in and what not , did a fantastic job at accommodation all those things Before move in aswell so I could honestly say his customer service and just his attitude to wanna help provide comfort and excellence is what drew me to wanna stay here at the end of the day . So then Jen from the office called me and apologized for the long wait on the application and explained it wasnt her fault but made sure EVERYTHING got handled in less than 24 more hours and made my move in happen very quickly and could honestly say is a stupendously nice lady and was very sweet to my small child which I always appreciate . Humans like them are hard to come by these days . Jen and Michael were quite helpful so if your looking to lease here just swing by the leasing office and ask for either one of them , you won't be let down I promise .

My roommate put in a couple requests for the front door making too much noise upon entry/exit and the dishwasher being clogged up. Michael from maintenance was super proffesional and courteous from beggining to end. He knocked and made sure to call out "maintenance" at least 6 times before entering our unit. After servicing our requests he even took the time to educate me on what the issues were and even gave me some DIY maintenance tips for the dishwasher in a kind and proffesional manner. I've had some bad experiences with maintenance in other rental properties outside of Oxford Pointe and for whatever reason they seem to come with attitude and won't even tell you they are leaving or explain if the issue has been resolved. So Michael from Oxford Pointe maintenance department I appreciate the way you conducted yourself and your level of proffesionalism should be the gold standard.

We have lived here for nine months and this is the 3rd management since than and by far the best. They pay attention to the community, not just repairs but the people too. If something needs to be fixed, they actually fix it right. Not just put a bandaid on it. The property manager, or maintenance manager, I think his name is Dillon. He goes out of his way to make sure your doing ok. He cares about this property and the people. You dont have to ask 20 times for something to be fixed, hes on it immediately. Not sure how he does it on his own but he is truly a good guy. Love how they fixed this place up. Thank you

Amazing management, both Tiera and Jax are both accomadating and helpful. I was in a tough spot the last couple months and they were very understanding and all together they very communicative. The one thing that keeps me from giving it 5 stars is the parking I work graveyards and would like to come home and just and park my car and go to bed but I have to wait until a parking spot opens up. Or I have to park my truck across the street and the neighboring apartment complex. Hopefully that can get cleaned up soon than I would joyfully give them 5 stars.

The apartments are nice and so are the residents living here but the pool is freezing and Unbearable to almost even swim in if that was fixed I would have gaven 5 starts but even on the hottest days it is freezing cold

I lived here years ago with my parents, now I came back to rent with my roomate. I'm glad is nothing like it was before... It feels like a completly new place. From the way they remodel to how the community atmosphere. I will recommend Oxford Pointe.

My friend recently moved here and she loves it. She said the process was fast. When I went to visit I did not like the outside buildings but as soon as I walked in I was surprised! They are very nice from the inside and bigger. Just a down side no balcony but they did good for the remodel.

Most maintenance are hardly ever on top of things. They take their sweet time getting things done & still hardly ever do it properly. Except one. Jason. He wasted no time coming over to replace a door knob & toilet seat that all other maintenance had been ignoring for months, regardless of the number of complaints about it. We need more professional & friendly maintenance like Jason. For visitors complaining about getting barnacles in non visitor parking, it ISN'T management's problem. YOU should know better. Designated visitor parking isn't there for decoration. It's just common sense. Your vehicle, your problem. & tenants you're visiting SHOULD know. If they don't, it's their own fault for not reading their entire lease. If there's no visitor parking open, it's simple: park on the side of the street or elsewhere. Management is not responsible for your ignorance. They're management, not your babysitter.

Do not rent from this place. There are shootings in broad daylight. Woman being sexually harassed in the parking lot at night. Several men will approach you any time of day demanding money. The staff treat you as if you are the problem. You are not safe here and the staff will do nothing but spread rumors about you and talk behind your back. The owner actually texted me meaning to text his manager her complaining that I texted him a link of the shooting that I put up on YouTube. They in no way care about anything other than your rent check at this place.
